Have others realized what I have about the shortness of life?
Have they
unlike me
done something about it

Perhaps now
I am only marching for my fame
To leave my legacy
And perhaps that is why
I feel as though my future legacy
Has died in the past

I must change the outlook I have
I must not try to gain my fame
Or leave my legacy
In the eyes and souls of men

True fame
And an everlasting legacy
Can only be seen
In the eyes of God
