After another wonderful breakfast with broetchen, schenken, kase, und putenwuerst at Anne's grandparents, we went back into old Nuremburg to meet with Claudia and tour around the city.

This is the Germanisches Nationalmuseum.
It was closed
on Monday, so we couldn't go like we'd planned to.
If you do get a chance
to visit Nuremburg, make sure you check when this museum is open before you
come, because I guess it's quite good.
Not getting to see the museum was
okay too. It meant more time to be a tourist!

Claudia and I hanging out in the Biergarten
right near the castle. I had a Radler, which is a mix of a lighter bier
and Fanta. Pretty good!

Another
view of the castle with people tanning on the rocks...my first actually warm day
in Germany!

I
asked the princess of the castle if I could take a picture of her. She
said that that would be alright.
We then went back to Anne's grandparents' house for dinner, and then went to her aunt and uncle's place (closer to the old city of Nuremburg) to stay the night.
Anne's
grandparents' house (again), and their front garden with the flowers in bloom!

I lived and studied at the German university in Oldenburg which is near Bremen, and about two hours east of Hamburg, Germany. Clearly visible on the map are Bremen and Twistringen, Germany. When I go back, I'd like to visit Hannover and Berlin, as well as Cologne. Also, I'd like to visit more German castles, Because I only visited two in Nuremberg.
