Message for Tomorrow's Leaders For Peace

In all aspects of life, there is a need for peace. It starts in the home and branches out to the community. We're not necessarily just talking about physical violence, but were also talking about things that cause physical violence. Things like putdowns, things like discrimination.

These are things that can only lower people self esteem, and cause them to commit acts of violence.

This peace sign is only the beginning. Hate, discrimination, putdowns, drugs, guns, and violence have had their chance.

Now's the time for peace.

(I had an idea that I was going to make a giant peace sign on a hillside - that would just show up there - and this message would be alongside it. I had visions of grandeur, news crews showing up, etc. I started moving dirt, and after about 100 wheel barrels full, I had gotten about 1/20th of the way to the goal, and thought it was something I would come back to at some point.)
